      Paper submission



    Paper Submission


    One-page abstract has to be submitted to the scientific committee within the dead line of paper submission (24 December 2010). Scientific committee will do
    the initial response to the abstract submitter by giving the APVS 2011 paper submission number for the further contact and approval.


    The authors have to do the registration within two weeks after receiving the paper approval.  If there is no registration, abstract cannot be accepted.
    Poster Size: Approved abstract for poster submission has to be presented in Poster at size 90 cm x 120cm. (WxL).


    Copyright Notice
    Paper and Poster will be published as a supplementary of APVS 2011 Proceedings. The submitted paper will remain the property of the scientific.
    Committee: Scientific committee has reserved the right to publish the papers.

    Paper instruction
    1. Abstract must be in Microsoft Word Format (Microsoft Word Version 2000 or higher), written in Time New Roman 10 pt on A4 paper (8.3 inchesX11.7 inches).
    2. Margin : top 2.5 cm., bottom 2.5 cm., left 2.0 cm., and right 2.0 cm.
    3. The text has to be divided into two columns. The space between columns will be 1.0 cm.
    4. The right margin of the text will be justified.
    5. The entire abstract cannot exceed one pages.
    6. All text are in single spaced, including subheadings, table and figures.
    7. Do not include page numbers or line numbers.


    Paper format
    Your paper should include the following subheadings:
    • Introduction
    • Materials and Methods
    • Results
    • Discussion
    • References


    Title: Bold in Time New Roman 11 pt, and should be completed within two lines.


    Authors: Use Time New Roman 11 pt, and provide regular typing of all authors full first and last names
    Institutional affiliations of all authors: Use Italics in Time New Roman 10 pt.


    Email address of presenting author (this is where all correspondence will be sent), and, if possible other authors as well. Use Time New Roman 10 pt.
    Subheadings: Bold in Time New Roman 10 pt, no blank line under subheadings but leave a blank line above subheadings.
    Body text: Time New Roman 10 pt, written immediately beneath the subheadings.

     

    Reference:
    • References have to be written and numbered in the order they are mentioned in the text.
    • No blank lines between the references.
    • The titles of references should be omitted.
    • In case of more than two authors, use only the last name of the first author, followed by et al.
    • The year of the publication should follow the authors’ last names.
    • Use abbreviations on names of journals.
    Tables and figures
    • Figures and tables must not be wider than a text column and should suitable to printing in black and white.
    • Table and figure headings should be written above the table or figure.
    • Write “Table 1” and Figure 1” in bold. The rest content of heading should be in regular typing.

    Group Registration 

    Group Rebate :  APVS2011 offers 5% rebate for group of  10 or more full delegates. If your group has 10 or more full delegate type registrants , please follow instruction below  


    1 .Send your request on group registration with the name,  full address of your
    organization/association, group manager information, and expected registrant number to reg@apvs2011.com
    2. APVS registration team send out " Group Code" to your email (in 24 hours after receive your enquiry)
    3. Registration online, same as individual registration on apvs2011.com website and refer group code in each registrant  (by 15 Jan 2011)
    4. APVS registration team send out confirmation/invoice to your email/organization  (not later than 17 Jan 2011)
    5. Make payment via bank transfer and confirm with APVS registration team by fax or email (by 31 Jan 2011)
    6. Finish registration process. APVS treasury send out electronic receipt to your email
    7. Receive official receipt at the symposium
    8. APVS treasury send out 5% rebate to your company after the symposium (by 30 Apr 2011)
